Sittin' Pretty
Noah can now eat pretty well without using a booster seat or high chair. Obviously, it's much more fun for us to strap him down, but we still allow him a few big boy moments.

Happy Trails
While I continue to recover from my nasal surgery, here was a lovely fall walk we took last weekend down the I&M Trail.

Bonfire Baby
We let Noah stay up past his bedtime this past weekend and had a family bonfire. Noah thought it was really neat. At one point he shouted "wow" and clapped for daddy when he jabbed at the wood and made magical sparks fly all around. Daddy the magician!

We All Scream for Ice Cream
Noah has picked up my love for ice cream.
Funny as it sounds, it's actually easier to let him eat it out of a cone than to give him a spoon. Obviously, it's still pretty messy.
And halfway through he decided that using his fingers was more efficient than licking.
Needless to say, we had to strip down in order to ride home. Good thing it was warm out.

Homer Harvest
We had some old-fashioned fun visiting animals, riding a pony (successful this time), and running amok at the annual Homer Harvest festival. (Please forgive the quality of these pictures, there was a smudge on the camera.)

22 Months
22 months old and creeping ever so sneakily towards the big t-w-o. Not too many changes this month. Still haven't had a chance to be weighed or have his height checked. He is finally outgrowing his 9-12 month shorts. It's about time!
