Labor Day Weekend

The following day, Wyatt had his first popcorn remote sales. It was the first time he wore his full uniform too. What a cute Tiger.

On the way up north, we stopped at Panera for lunch. At one point, CeCe asked me for my apple and we accidentally re-created a scene from Snow White.

Once at Septemberfest, we met up with Uncle Kurt for rides and games.

As yearly tradition dictates, Uncle Kurt won a large prize for us. This year - the unicorn from Minions.

One happy little girl.

CeCe also got to meet Princess Belle and Princess Ariel.

The concert that night was Everclear, which meant we actually knew most of the songs.

The following morning was the parade. We thought the forecast looked a little more favorable than usual, but it was just as hot as ever.

Parade watching with the Thorsons and the Nolans.

Tuckered out from a very busy three day weekend.

Scouts in the Spring

The 2019 scouting year ended with some fun activities. Our Pack had their first Raingutter Regatta. The boys had to create a boat from recycled materials and then race them in a competition using only their own wind power.

Noah got locked in jail during a den outing to the police station.

They rode in the Loyalty Day Parade on the flat bed truck for the last time

The boys went on the spring camp out. They slept in cabins instead of tents at this one.

They did some activities and played games and enjoyed scootering around the grounds. Wyatt enjoyed using a scooter so much, we bought him his own scooter later that week as an early birthday present.

They also went on a hike.

And had a bonfire.

Wyatt's new scooter.

They also crossed over to their next rank. Noah became a Bear and Wyatt became a Tiger so now he will get to wear the official Cub Scout uniform.
