Water and Sand

Our cabin was located directly on Au Train River, which emptied into Lake Superior only a few blocks away. We had the use of two kayaks and a canoe for the duration of our stay.

There was a great sandy beach area just before the river reached the lake. The water here was also super warm and great for swimming (and jumping!)

Yooper Day One

We rented an awesome cabin in the resort community Au Train, Michigan for a nice five-day family vacation.

One of the first things we did was a short hike to Munising Falls to check out a waterfall.

Even though he mostly got all of his napping in, Noah still became a little cranky at times

Bay Beach

On our way up to the UP, we stopped in Green Bay at this awesome little amusement park. Most of the rides only cost a quarter to ride. This was Noah's first time on a ride and he even rode a few all by himself. He was such a good boy and never tried to climb out of any of the rides.
