We have an allergist appointment coming up (the result of a possible egg allergy while we were out of town) and probably another visit to the gastroenterologist to look into his super sensitive gag reflux. So many things seem to set him off including: having a cold and coughing on phlegm, coughing too hard for any reason, laughing too hard and getting hiccups, crying too hard and getting hiccups, sticking his fingers or an object too far in his mouth, someone else sticking their fingers in his mouth, eating or drinking anything with ascorbic acid, eating too much (he doesn't know when to stop), eating something he seems to be allergic to (read: the egg incident), and being actually sick with a stomach bug. I hope we find a solution or at least an answer soon because I hate watching him puke so much.
Otherwise, he seems to be hitting all his milestones quickly and has quite a sporty side. I think he's going to be a little all-star when he gets older.
