First Hike of the Year

This past weekend we headed over to the Little Red Schoolhouse to go on our first hike of the year. Due to all the recent snow and rain, it was a little mushy out there. But we enjoyed getting out into the fresh air. 

We ran across this dead fish in the middle of the trail. Noah said it was "ew".

Noah also "fished" in this little pond. It was full of dead fish so he thought he was really catching them. Eww again.

Afterwards we stopped over at the Plush Horse to enjoy a huge (this was the kiddie cone!) scoop of ice cream.
