Picking Pumpkins

In contrast to the apples, we went for an authentic pumpkin picking experience, choosing to hit up the little farmhouse a mile from our house where we could walk the pumpkin field and cut our own pumpkin off the vine. The day we went apple and pumpkin picking it was phenomenally warm out and a local pumpkin farm attraction even had to close it's doors for over-crowding. Notice how we were the only people at this little gem.
