We continued with the boys' soccer games in October. Charlotte and I started to go a little delirious sitting at the soccer field so much.
After being unusually healthy in September (which is a bad asthma month), the weather finally caught up to Wyatt and he ended up at the ER with respiratory distress. He was back on the mend in no time.
Charlotte was still in Disney princess mode
Nick and Noah went on a daring camp out to spend the night in a cave. It was damp, musty, and dark and they had to purchase a new wardrobe from Goodwill before going. I guess they had fun.
While those two were off being adventurous, I took the other two to a Halloween fest at Village Hall.
And out for dinner
If you recall, Noah's front tooth was knocked out by a ball on November 1st of last year. By October, you could finally start to see the tooth bulging under his gum line. Would he make it an entire year before it popped through? Stay tuned to find out.
On Columbus Day, we all went out for McDonald's and then Noah had an apple-centric cooking class at the local culinary school. They made apple crisp, dipped taffy apples, and made apple cider donuts.
While Noah was at class, we hung out at the nearby plant nursery again, having some fall fun and purchasing our family pumpkins. Since we still had time to spare, we also stopped for an ice cream treat at the nearby Creamery.
