We spent much of the second day in the car as well, but had some daylight hours left to go take a look at downtown Charleston.
We loved all the cobblestone roads and historical charm.
We walked to the water's edge and looked out over Charleston Harbor.
Just to be confusing, Wyatt wore his Savannah, Georgia t-shirt.
The kids really enjoyed the fountains at Waterfront Park
And the bench swings were a relaxing way to enjoy the pier while watching the sunset.
We ended the night with an after-hours swim in the hotel pool.
