It's Christmas Day

Santa came while the kids were slumbering. Charlotte didn't have a stocking this year (a mommy oops since they were all sold out by the time I went to order one) so Santa had to put her stocking goodies on the floor.

Santa put the main gifts in the sack again this year. Toys are unwrapped and out of the package for immediate enjoyment. This year Noah received a Snoopy backpack for Kindergarten, walkie talkies, a notebook, and the Treasure Truck that topped his list. Wyatt received a new seaplane for the bathtub, a puzzle, a Peter Rabbit DVD, and a music mat. Charlotte received a book and a lamp toy. The boys also got a stocking full of candy and some little erasers and they all received a cute portable night light and some fun magic towels.

After all the toys were revealed, the boys decided to make us some breakfast. Because their favorite thing in the whole house is their kitchen set and new toys on Christmas doesn't change that. I'm glad I finally brought it up from the basement so they could enjoy it more often.

Later in the afternoon we had our traditional Christmas at Grandma and Papa's. The boys received more nice toys, games, and clothes including this fantastic assortment of vehicles from Great Aunt Kathy. Her gift was the hit of the night.

We had a wonderful Christmas season this year. The boys are really into it now and next year it will be even more fun when Charlotte is walking around and opening her own presents.
