Easter Weekend

On Saturday of Easter weekend, we went to Grandpa's for a family get together. It was unseasonably hot and it felt more like a Father's Day party than an Easter party. Charlotte was feeling extra shy and spent two hours sitting on the couch staring at everyone before she really joined the party.

Easter family photo. I'm wearing glasses in public for the first time since 8th grade because I caught viral pink eye. Thanks, daycare.

The bunny hopped by our house that night and dropped off some treats. Wyatt received a Miles spaceship, talking PJ Masks Catboy, mini CAT trucks, a Ninja Turtle t-shirt, and other some goodies.

Charlotte received a mini Cabbage Patch baby (wearing a koala suit), a playdoh set, a little purse, a magnetic maze, a Moana DVD, and chocolates.

Noah received a lego table with stools, floam in the shape of a mermaid (he spotted this at the aquarium and had been wanting it), a pokemon bunny, The Secret Life of Pets DVD, some shopkins (another something he's been wanting for a long time), and other goodies.

Noah's eyes were acting up again. It's been a bad allergy season.

Charlotte liked her chocolates the best.

After gifts, we headed over to visit Great Grammy who was in rehab due to a broken arm and wasn't able to come to the Easter party.

Yes, Wyatt is licking that window.

Next, we drove into the city with Uncle Kurt and had our traditional Giordano's for dinner.

And this is why I am always in charge of taking the pictures...

Afterwards, we decided to check out the Wizard of Oz themed "Oz" park and then stopped for an ice cream treat.

Finally, we dropped off Uncle Kurt at his apartment. The boys thought his view of the big city was really neat.
