Busy Wyatt

Just like Noah, Wyatt doesn't understand the concept of sitting still. Ever since he started pulling himself up he has been trying to move around the house by any means possible.

Both boys seriously enjoy bath time. When one is in the bath, the other fights to get in too. The other day Wyatt crawled raced to the bathroom, pushed off with his feet, and dove head first into the tub before Nick could stop him. Eventually I think they will enjoy taking baths together once Wyatt is a little more stable and can handle a higher amount of water.

Another perk of standing: coloring on the easel (and wall). Jenny had given us a pack of whiteboard crayons (less toxic for baby mouths than markers) which has allowed Wyatt to get in touch with his creative side

Wyatt has been doing a lot more independent play and I often find him just hanging out on the floor quietly enjoying a toy. One of their favorite new toys is the Musical Preschool that Uncle Kurt bought Wyatt for his birthday. They actually play with it side-by-side and only a few elbows get thrown.

But mishaps still happen
