Louisville

We woke up the next morning, begrudgingly, and had to pack up our condo for the trip home. After a very exhausting and thorough search, we unfortunately had to leave behind one of the candles from Charlotte's new birthday cake. Where are you yellow candle?

We had originally planned a layover on the way down to Tennessee, but decided to leave a day later due to a soccer game. On the way home, though, we had an extra day to check out another town. We decided on Louisville.

Nick really wanted to visit the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory. It was within walking distance of our hotel, so we took a short stroll over there after checking in.

For all you Cubs fans out there.

We even had the chance to hold an actual game day bat that Paul Konerko once used. We had to wear gloves and we weren't allowed to swing it.

Pictures weren't allowed in the factory due to union rules, but they did give each of us a mini bat as a souvenir.

They had a room full of lego replicas

We had dinner at The Old Spaghetti Factory, which had an old city trolley inside.
